From his early boyhood, Zach’s affinity for Southern Gospel Quartets was unmistakable. Raised on the harmonies of The Kingsmen, Gold City, and others, he harbored a clear vision of his future. Initially aspiring to be a bass singer, Zach’s path took a different turn, and he embarked on his quartet journey with The Missourians, where he held the lead position for over seven years.
Following the birth of his first child with his wife, Keyra, Zach made the heartfelt decision to step away from the touring life, prioritizing precious moments with his growing family. After much contemplation and prayer, Zach sensed God’s calling back into quartet ministry, eventually co-founding Day 4.
Beyond his musical endeavors, Zach is deeply involved in his home church in Neosho, MO, where he actively leads worship on Sunday mornings and serves as the Children’s Pastor. While his love for singing remains strong, it is surpassed only by his unwavering passion for serving the Lord.
